Here, you’ll find reflections on motherhood, trauma-informed care, identity, self-compassion, and what it means to be a real person trying to live with heart. Sometimes clinical, sometimes poetic — always honest. This is where I write what I think, feel, and wonder in the space between sessions, chasing after my little ones, and everything in between.

There’s no right way to heal. But there’s beauty in the way we try.
